I’m tired a lot these days. Battling fatigue seems to have become a way of life for me.


Yesterday when I was outdoors doing some spring planting, I had the uncanny sense that my weariness isn’t an individual experience. The whole world seems to be weary, exhausted from sickness, violence, injustice, poverty, corruption, political strife, racial and cultural wars, abuse of the environment.


I can take a nap to temporarily boost my energy. How are we going to boost our collective wellbeing?
