THE SPIRITUALITY OF WRITING: PATIENCE

Because of my brain injury, I am unable to write as much as I want, or for as long as I want on any given day. Every project I start takes longer than I intend it to. Ideas come more quickly than my fragile brain can incorporate into my work. I always have a sizable stack of notes waiting to become part of a project. The only thing I can do is to keep plodding on, one step at a time, even though the finish line looks far away.
